1. I haven’t got any email informing me my Username and Password to access TACT Online. How can I get the login details?
You have to subscribe to TACT Online first before you receive a confirmation email with your login credentials. To subscribe to TACT Online, please fill-in the order form. If you have subscribed to TACT Online but did not receive any confirmation email with login credentials, please contact our Customer Service via www.iata.org/cs
2. I have forgotten my Password or Username, how do I reset it?
On the login page, click “Can’t access your account.” Enter your email address and a 4 digit code Pin of your choice, then click “Request”. You will get an email with a link in it. Click on the link in this email and enter the same pin number you provided and enter a new password for your account. Your account will be reset with the new password.
3. I cannot login with the login credentials. What can I do now?
If you have problem logging in with your credentials, please contact our Customer Service via www.iata.org/cs. Please note that at the end of your subscription term (1 January - 31 December) your access to TACT Online will be automatically blocked if your subscription was cancelled. If you have renewed your subscription and you cannot access TACT Online please contact us via www.iata.org/cs. Please always include your subscription number when you contact us.
4. How to use TACT Online?
TACT Online is designed in a very user-friendly and intuitive way. If you have any questions on how to use it, please refer to the Online Help by clicking Help at the menu bar on the top of the webpage.
5. I have a question about my subscription. Who do I contact?

7. I am trying to login but receive error: "Account already logged in". What should I do?
A TACT Online subscription is a single-user license and does not permit the same account to be logged in multiple times. Please refer to the Terms of Use for the license agreement. If this happens, please ensure any other connection with TACT Online is logged out before logging in again. If your company needs more than one account of TACT Online, please contact our Customer Service via www.iata.org/cs
